Live Chat has always been Comm100’s most important product. With over 7 years’ continuous improvements and innovations, our live chat system has become one of the industry leaders, trusted by a wide range of top brands such as Sears, Whirlpool, Stanford University, HP, Porsche and many others.
With the increased focus on live chat, we believe that Live Chat 100 is a fantastic relaunch, allowing us to improve our product and the service we provide to you even further. We hope you can join us in this exciting new journey.
In 2017, we will have a comprehensive and easy-to-use reporting system, a brand new agent console in HTML 5, a modern design of the visitor side chat buttons and windows, enhanced mobile apps, audio and video chat options, chatbot and many other important improvements. We will also greatly increase our investment in IT operation and customer support, hoping to make Live Chat 100 the No. 1 live chat choice for all businesses.
To prevent any service disruption for our existing clients, we will be transitioning our service gradually. During this time you may notice Comm100 branding alongside Live Chat 100 branding until the transition is complete. Please be assured that there will be no interruption of regular service during this period.
